I get a lot of questions about my lifestyle habits, in terms of food intake. The answer is pretty simple for me – Intermittent Fasting. It’s always worked for me over the years, and now that I’m deeper into this fitness game, I’m more well-informed and I tackle my 16:8 method with ease and simplicity. Fasting for sixteen hours and then spreading your predetermined calorie and macro intake into the remaining eight seems like almost an impossible feat. It’s not, and the benefits far outweigh the occasional hunger pangs I get during the late morning.
